How it works

Let's meet

We’d love to welcome you and your pup for a cozy 45-minute Meet & Greet at one of our Bark & Bone locations.

Over a coffee (for you) and treats (for your pup), we’ll chat about your dog’s personality, quirks, and needs. You’ll get to see where they might stay and ask us anything you like. This first step helps us ensure we’re the right fit—for both of you.

Step

Think of this as your dog’s soft landing into The Loft life. After your consultation, they’ll join us for a 2-day, 2-night trial stay - starting on a Sunday or Tuesday.

This allows us to gradually introduce them to the rhythm of our holiday care and make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and confident with our team and their new doggy pals. If they love it, we’ll be ready for the real thing.

Our Full Groom is carefully adjusted to your dog’s breed and coat type, ensuring the right cut, care, and finish every time. It’s the complete head-to-paw refresh that keeps your dog comfortable, healthy, and looking their best.

What's included

This treatment includes:

  • Warm spa bath

  • Shampoo & conditioner

  • Relaxing towel massage

  • Blow dry

  • Brush-out & coat care

  • Custom coat styling (Full Haircut or Light Trim)

  • Hygiene area trim

  • Paw pad trim

  • Pawdicure (Nail trim & gentle filing)

  • Gentle ear cleaning

  • Eye stain removal
